Q: Where can I buy
your products in the U.S.A.?
Answer:
You may purchase all of ACTiSYS' products direct. Please contact
the ACTiSYS office at (510) 490-8024, office hours are Monday
through Friday 9am to 5pm. An ACTiSYS order form can be downloaded
here. The order
form can be faxed to (510) 623-7268. We will confirm receipt of
the order via email. Alternatively, if you know what you would
like to purchase, you can email us at irda-info@actisys.com
Q: How can I pay
for your products?
Answer:
You can make a purchase by using any Visa or MasterCard. Please
ensure that you provide ACTiSYS with your full account number, the
card expiration date and your name as it appears on the credit
card. Alternatively, if you are representing a company that would
like to arrange credit terms, please contact us direct. ACTiSYS
will require your credit references in order to successfully
process your request.
Q: What are my
delivery options inside the continental U.S.?
Answer:
ACTiSYS has accounts with all the major carriers. Regular shipping
is via UPS Ground, delivery is promised within approximately 5-7
working days depending on your location. ACTiSYS is based in
Northern California. The delivery charge for this service is
$8.50. California residents can expect to receive their order
within 1-2 working days. For a quicker timetable, the following

Question: How can I purchase an ACTiSYS device if I live overseas?
Answer:
You can forward payment through either your Visa or MasterCard, as
in the case with our domestic inquiries. However, our advice is
for you to contact us direct at +1 (510 490 8024 or
irda-info@actisys.com, to allow us to put you in touch with the
closest dealer. If you can please include your country of origin.
ACTiSYS will supply you with the name and contact details of our
local distributor or dealer in your area. Please note: there are a
small number of our products that are not available via our dealer
network eg. the IR3000M. In those cases, all overseas orders will
be processed from this facility. In those rare cases where our
dealer network cannot help, we will accept payment via wire
transfer. Please note that there is an additional $20 bank service
fee assessed by our bank on all incoming wire transfers.

delivery options if I reside overseas?
Answer: The standard shipping rate (dependent on country) for
overseas orders are:

Pricing is
based on the freight charged on one - two piece of ACT-IR220L
shipped to the Europe. Please contact us direct for accurate

Q: Is there a
warranty on your products?
Answer:
ACTiSYS products all carry a one-year warranty, with the proviso
that the warrant label is not tampered with.
